Agreement to Terms
These terms govern your use of SluggerData (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What We Do
SluggerData publishes independent research on graded baseball cards: sold comparables, grader premiums, and set-level value context. We do not sell, ship, grade, authenticate, or take custody of cards, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.
Not Financial or Appraisal Advice
Values shown are estimates derived from public sold data and are not appraisals, offers, guarantees of resale value, or financial advice. Card values are volatile and depend on grade, eye appeal, centering, population, and market conditions we cannot observe. Consult a qualified professional before buying or selling.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep sold comparables, population figures, and prices accurate, but third-party data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and prices change without notice. We cannot guarantee any individual data point. Always verify the current price, grade, and certification number on the seller's own listing before you buy.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract our content through automated means without written permission, not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Affiliate Links
As an Amazon Associate and eBay Partner, we earn from qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect what we research or how we present it. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
Third-Party Sellers
Transactions you enter into with marketplaces, dealers, or auction houses are solely between you and that seller, under their terms. We are not responsible for their listings, grading claims, authenticity, shipping, refunds, or conduct.
Intellectual Property
The original text, research, methodology, and design of the Site belong to SluggerData and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SluggerData and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including decisions to buy or sell made on the basis of information published here.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SluggerData and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

How This Site Is Produced
We use AI tools to help research, draft, and maintain parts of this site, including product summaries, comparison notes, and articles. A person reviews what gets published and we fix errors when we find them, but AI-assisted content can still be wrong or out of date. Always confirm the details that matter on the retailer's own listing before you buy.
We do not publish AI-generated reviews or testimonials, we do not present our own editorial judgments as customer review data, and we do not display star ratings we did not receive from a real review source.
Content You Submit
If you send us anything, including an email, a correction, or a price report, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the site. Do not send confidential material or anything you are not free to share.
We may remove or decline to publish anything sent to us, for any reason. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, contact us with the page, a description of the work, and your contact details, and we will review and remove infringing material.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and limits the ways you can seek relief.
You and SluggerData agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
You and SluggerData each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may award relief only to the individual seeking it.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property rights.
You can opt out. Email [email protected] within 30 days of first using the site, with your name and a statement that you decline arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else in these terms.
If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply and disputes will be resolved in the courts named under Governing Law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
